Are you productive multiplying or are you just busy?  There is a big difference. And knowing which one you are doing can mean whether or not you are looking at the bigger picture or sweating the small stuff which may be wasting valuable time.

God only commanded us to do one thing: To be fruitful and multiply. He didn't say be busy with nothing to show for your time. A lot of us are caught up in running around with our heads cut off like chickens versus thinking and have a point to our daily activities.

Today I took a step back to see what is the bigger picture for my life. Are all my activities in alignment with the big picture, the vision that God has given me for my life and ministry? Because if not, time to hit the delete button on time wasters.  I just hit a one year milestone in my career and I can say that I have taken seriously God's command to be fruitful and multiply. I can see evidence of being productive, versus busy in my own life.

Where are you? Are you being fruitful and multiplying? Have you accomplished things on your to do list for your dreams and vision for your life that you set out to do one year ago? When you look back over the last year, do you see progress and that you are better off today than you were yesterday? 

Time waits for no one. So please, stop being busy. And be fruitful and multiply.

God is the same. He didnt change. None of us got a memo from Jesus or God saying that they lost their power or can't answer your prayers. So since you didn't get that memo and neither did I we can still have faith. Faith that regardless of what is going on with the world and what it values, we will be alright.

Bad news is not new. Plagues, faminine, the demise of systems and nations have been going on for centuries, yet one thing has remained the same, if God is for you, who can be against you? No one. If God is for you, who can block your blessing? No one. If God gives you his favor, who can take it away from you? No one.

The name JESUS still has all power and might in it. So have faith in Jesus. Not in yourself or the world because both can and have let you down, but Jesus has never left you nor forsaken you.

I am content and happy. Not shaken or stirred by the sign of the times. I took stock out of the world economy a long time ago and sought after the real treasure and peace that never fails, God's. I urge you to do the same.

Faith is believing this one fact: Jesus is your lord and savior. You will be fine. Keep your chin up.

People ask me what do you do when you have done all that you know to do? Stand. Just stand. Get still. Stop moving. Take your hands off the situation and raise your head up to God. Let Go and Let God.

It hit me like a ton of bricks today. God is in control. I mean I know that. But the deepness of that statement and the relief that I should be feeling because that is true hit me. God is in control. I mean really in control. I'm not. There have been so many calamities, trials and tribulations that have come my way that I have risen up from, come back like someone rising from the dead "saying how in the world did i make it, i mean i lived it and i can't believe god got me through it, but he did it, god is in control". Can you feel what I am saying?

I mean if God is in control then he has me. God's got me. I dont have to worry. Whew. I can let go of worry. Do you believe God has you? Then you can say the same thing too.

Sometimes, we try to think our way out of our problems. And try to figure out the "how" when that is not our job. Our job is to pray and then stand.

So when you have done all that you can do. Stand.

Pray.

And believe that God is in control and will deliver you. You've done your part. Now trust that he will do his.

I am living proof, he is constant. He will. If you just believe him at his word. He will not let you down.

At least I can say about them both is that they lived. And that they did the best they could with the talent God gave them and found a measure of success. They didn't waste their time on earth. They had impact.

Where they are right now is determined by what they believed. Since I don't know their personal belief system, I can't speak on that. I personally hope that they are in heaven because they both brought so many people joy.

What we should do in honor of them? Live. Live life to the fullest. Use the gifts and talents that god gave us and leave a legacy behind. And don't stop until you have done all that you can do. So when you are gone, people will mourn your loss because you have touched their life. Like we are mourning right now for Benie and Isaac.

Time. Time waits for no one to get their act together. Time keeps going whether you do something or not with what you have available to you. It is up to you to handle your business.

Remember, in all things, God is in control. Take comfort in the fact that he cares about you and for you and will help you succeed.

God's favor, none can compare.

Some people say "Favor ain't fair!"

It's not

Most people don't have it, that's their lot.

When you have it, you are walking with the divine.

Everything is within reach, I can easily say it is mine.

And get what I want, God will never let me be denied.

Failure is not an option, success it's definete when I try.

To know you'll win from the start,

Gives you courage and strength in your heart.

Knowing you can gives you the determination to win.

People wonder why Mona Lisa smiles, that's the look of favor's grin.

Sunshine, rainbows, only life's finer things is what I expect so I always sing a new song.

Heaven on earth lays behind my gate. I praise God for his mercy and grace.

This wonderful earthly state

God I Praise you for your favor

Knowing your face is what I savor.

God thank you for letting me win life's race.

The best reward is to come back home to heaven and see your face.

Thank you God, for your favor.

Walk knowing because you are a child of God and Jesus is your Lord and Savior that you have God's favor.

Expect favor wherever you go!

Watch what comes!

Take plenty of pictures of the amazing things that you will see and the places you will go because God made a way for you. Remember to thank him for it and watch, more will come. And after that, more, keep expecting his favor and it will always come.
