A free event given to the community to uplift their spirits. Marva Allen generously donated the space and time for this community event. Yoga breathing lessons by Lady Charmaine Day, Tai Chi lessons by Linton Alfred, and Coping Skills by Lady Charmaine Day where given. Security was provided by Ralph Davis of Blue Samurai Inc.
